Please Welcome Dr. Brian Gill!
We are so happy to welcome back Dr. Brian J.A. Gill, MD, to the Neurological Institute as an Assistant Professor of Neurological Surgery at Columbia University Irving Medical Center/NewYork-Presbyterian.
Dr. Gill obtained his medical degree and completed his Neurosurgical Residency training here at Columbia University Irving Medical Center/NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Most recently, Dr. Gill finished his fellowship in Neurosurgical Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
Dr. Gill's research focuses on investigating the molecular and cellular changes in the peritumoral microenvironment of glioma, with a particular focus on tumor-neuron interactions.
It has been wonderful to have Dr. Gill return as an Attending Physician with our Neuro-Oncology team, specializing in the management of complex brain tumors. He sees patients at CUIMC/Neurological Institute of New York. Please call 212-305-3697 to book an appointment!
