You will then undergo a screening to help the Center best assess what type of peripheral nerve problem you have. In most cases, patients will then meet with one of our specialists for an evaluation. The purpose of this evaluation is to discuss your peripheral nerve problem, and how it may best be treated. The visit gives us the opportunity to get to know you as a patient and for us to help educate you in the nature of your nerve problem, potential therapies, and expectations of outcome. In some cases, patients will wish to consider surgical treatment options. We can discuss these with you in detail as needed.
