Columbia Neurosurgery is expanding access to specialized neurological care in the Hudson Valley with a new location at ColumbiaDoctors Goshen.
Eleonora F. Spinazzi, MD, a Columbia neurosurgeon specializing in cerebrovascular and endovascular neurosurgery, will see patients at the new Goshen office once neurological surgery services are established at the location. The expansion will give patients in Orange County and surrounding Hudson Valley communities greater access to Columbia’s expertise closer to home.
Dr. Spinazzi provides evaluation and treatment for a range of cerebrovascular conditions, including brain aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), carotid artery disease, and other disorders affecting the blood vessels of the brain and spine. Her expertise includes both traditional microsurgical approaches and minimally invasive endovascular techniques, allowing treatment to be tailored to each patient’s individual condition.
